New Native Landscape Garden

This native landscape garden was designed for a new construction home. Soil and amendments were added to create the garden areas, native low maintenance plants were planted for year round beauty. The homeowner enjoys planting annual flowers, so we left plenty of room for spring time planting on her own. She was new to natives in the landscape. I was able to share ideas for native plants that have shape and form for a small area, year round interest and provide vital food sources for local wildlife and pollinators. It was wonderful to share the love of our ecosystem and to change the way people think of landscaping in a neighborhood.
